Dr. Pagani’s research focuses on the use of mechanical circulatory support in the treatment of end-stage heart disease and use of stem cell transplantation for myocardial regeneration. His clinical interests include adult cardiac surgery with emphasis on Heart Transplantation, Tricuspid Valve Disease, Aortic Valve Disease, Mitral Valve Disease, Coronary Artery Disease, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy/Myectomies, Heart Failure nd Mechanical Circulatory Support Systems
